He would later die on a cross outside the walls of Jerusalem, but 3 days later His tomb was found empty. His life and teachings have affected hundreds of millions of people, changing the course of history. Nowhere is Jesus’ life better documented than the Holy Bible. Nowhere else on earth do the events of His life come alive as they do in the Holy Land of Israel. On a Holy Land tour, you will sail the very waters of the Galilee where sudden storms frequently arise (Matthew 8:23). You will have the opportunity to be baptized in the Jordan River where Jesus’ was also baptized (Matthew 3:13). You will visit the golden city of Jerusalem where you can relive the final days of Jesus’ life and so much more.

Church Heritage Tour
Of course, these tours vary greatly depending on the denomination, but we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of groups visiting heritage sites. Traditionally, Catholics visiting Rome has always been the top seller. Recently though, we have had an influx of Presbyterians visiting Scotland in the footsteps of John Knox, Methodists discovering John Wesley’s path in England.

While traditionally this tour was done as a land tour, today, the most popular way of visiting the places that Paul lived and preached is by cruise ship. Mediterranean cruises visiting Ephesus, Corinth, Athens, Rome, Jerusalem and other prominent Biblical cities while only unpacking once plus having the luxuries of world class cruise ships makes these cruises extremely popular.

Women’s Retreats and Marriage Retreats at Sea
Churches have been conducting women’s and marriage retreats for many years, but most churches have never considered holding their gatherings onboard a cruise ship instead of in a hotel. The success of the first women’s retreat we promoted on a national scale 2 years ago, and has been a highly requested journey among many women’s groups. Be encouraged, challenged and poured into as women begin to realize the power of God and the abundant life that Jesus came to give. This is a great opportunity to get away and realize how blessed you are – no matter what the circumstance is. This retreat will be a special time of fellowship with new friends, and old friends as each share meals together, visit warm beaches, tour, shop, or relax on the deck with a great ocean view.
